This interesting site is going through a transformation, and my Public Art Delivery Plan contributes to the creation of a new public realm for Chelmsford. As part of the planning process I have carried out consultation and research with the key stakeholders, the document will then be developed to set out a flexible commissioning framework as well as a detailed plan for delivery.
